RETAIL SALES:
Comfortzone Marketing & Selling: "The Dealer Success Selling System": to meet the demands of an ever-changing retail sales environment, Tavco created a total marketing, communications and training system which is used by retailers to target, contact and motivate prospects and customers at various points in the sales cycle.
SALES:
"On The Line," the professional Telephone Sales Representative's total training system. This program was developed to support telemarketing organizations in their efforts to achieve high levels of customer service and ongoing sales.
"Chameleon": training program for the professional accountants and lawyers who find it difficult to translate their client service expertise into selling statements
"Increasing Market Share" (IMS): sales program for the non-sales oriented banking personnel who is suddenly thrust into the role of sales.
COLLECTIONS: Tavco brought innovation to an industry which was finding that the communication tactics it had been relying on for decades were suddenly no longer effective in working with customers.
The Contact Direct Collections System: Designed to motivate communication with the hardest-to-reach customers, this program combines elements of video direct response, televideo visualization training, and target marketing into a system designed to increase collections effectiveness. The Contact Direct Collections System won "Innovator Of The Year" award from Credit Card Management Magazine, which cited it as the first real collections innovation in over forty years.
"You Make The Difference©," the professional collector's total training system. A kinder, gentler approach to today's difficult collections environment, "You Make The Difference" is an easy-to-implement system which provides all of the tools necessary to incorporate effective communication and customer service skills as part of a daily collections environment.
"Spectrum©- Shattering The Bankruptcy Illusion": Originally a target-specific offshoot of the Contact Direct System, this grew into its own program. Tavco conducted focus group interviews with hundreds of individuals who had experienced the varied impacts of bankruptcy, and used this information to develop programs and training systems which help credit issuing organizations better identify, communicate to, and work with customers who may be considering bankruptcy or who may have already filed for bankruptcy.
The Customer Assistance Team (CAT): Tavco developed a system and training program to enable collection organizations to maintain task-directed units to work directly with customers who feel they have no alternative but to file bankruptcy.
